The Library has something to offer everyone! Along with our special events, we also have regular scheduled programs that we offer all year long. Discover what we have for you and let us add some excitement to your day, week or month!



The Young & the Restless: Toddler Story Time
Bring your toddlers for exciting stories, songs and rhymes every Tuesday at 11:30am!

Destination Jungle Summer Reading Program
Reading is Wild! Meeting times (crafts, stories, and reading time) will be on Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 to 2:30 and on Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 12:00, with weekly movies on Fridays at 3:00. Ages 2-11.

Saturday Storytime
A perennial favourite: every Saturday morning at 10:30am.

Craft Corner
Following Storytime, let your creativity out! Saturdays around 11am!

Books for Babies
The Friends of the Library have graciously donated book bags filled with pamphlets, reading lists, and books to help parents make reading a fun and important part of their new baby's life. Book bags are free to anyone with a newborn baby in Bonnechere Valley and North Algona Wilberforce townships.

CyberCamps
Internet training sessions for all ages!
TIC-TAC-TOE

TIC (Teen Initiative Club) meets every Wednesday from 5-7pm.

TAC (Teen Advisory Committee) meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 5pm.

TOE (Teen Organized Events) are special occasions, so check out our special events section to see what's coming up!

Teen Night
Every Wednesday night from 5pm to 7pm a section of our computers are reserved just for teens.

Glue & Glitter Gals
Feeling crafty? Join Jen every Wednesday night from 4pm to 5pm and make cool jewelry and scrapbooks!

Literary Ladies Book Club
Mothers and daughters (or aunts and nieces, grand-mothers and granddaughters, neighbour and neighbour, sister and sister, etc.) meet once a month to discuss cool books. The first Thursday of every month from 7pm-8pm.

CyberCamps: Internet Training Sessions
Internet training sessions for all ages!
Knit Wits
Every Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 9pm local knitters meet to share helpful pointers, patterns and of course fun stories. The first Thursday of every month is beginners' night, so come learn this fun and useful skill!
